About Hover-X

Who we are

Hover-X LLC is a utility drone program consultancy based in Sioux City, Iowa. We help utilities across the Midwest and the USA establish and run safe, well-organized drone programs.

Meet Sam Taylor

Sam Taylor is the founder of Hover-X. Sam holds an MBA and is a corporate pilot with about 20 years of experience. Sam built and ran a utility drone program with about 20 drones and pilots, so the advice comes from having done the work.

How we work

• Vendor-neutral: Hover-X does not sell aircraft

• Practical: SOPs, training and plans your crews will actually use

• Focused: built for utility operations
